Our Mission Statement

The mission of the Fayetteville Parks and Recreation Department is to enrich the quality of life in Fayetteville by offering a variety of wholesome recreational and educational activities by maintaining facilities for all ages. We would like to invite all citizens and visitors to visit our facilities and participate in our programs and special events.

Parks
Enjoy a wide variety of parks and beautiful scenery throughout Fayetteville. Our parks offer several amenities for our citizens, including event pavilions, walking tracks, outdoor children equipment, dog friendly water fountains and more. Our parks also feature historic monuments such as Stone Bridge Park, and also our modern dog park that accommodates for all sizes. Click here for more information.

The Recreation Department also provides a well maintained public pool for all ages in Fayetteville. The pool also features a 15 foot water slide, shallow area with fountains, jungle-gym equipment area, and a sunbathing deck.
