Located in Southern Middle Tennessee, Fayetteville is a charming community with a number of attractive qualities.  We feature one of the most beautiful and economically vibrant downtown courthouse squares in Tennessee.  This area is certified by the state as an official Main Street District and is anchored by the largest fabric store in the Southeast, along with a classic sidewalk theatre featuring the newest movie releases. 

Just off the square is historic Washington Street and Mulberry Avenue, which feature many historic homes.  We also have many new areas of residential and commercial growth that are properly located to protect our community’s historic heritage.
